The named young driver insurance we offer uses black box technology to help young drivers develop safe driving skills and enables them to start earning their own no claims discount. This is also an annual policy which runs alongside the parents’ car insurance that only covers the young driver when they are behind the wheel.

Just so you’re aware, this black box insurance cover is only suitable for:

• Driving a parent's or grandparent's car
• Provisional and full licence holders
• Young drivers aged 17 – 27
