Howden realigns Life & Health leadership team with series of new roles

Howden, part of global insurance intermediary group Howden, has realigned its Consumer Life & Health leadership team with a series of new roles to support growth, enhance collaboration and deliver even stronger outcomes for clients.

Jon Carroll becomes Executive Director of Private Medical Insurance, bringing together colleagues across offices in Baildon, Bournemouth, Cardiff, Dartford, Gloucester and Tunbridge Wells, while Rob Saunders becomes Executive Director of Protection, leading teams across Cardiff and Gloucester.

Alongside these verticals, Richard Holden becomes Director of Commercial and Partnerships, focusing on strengthening and maximising the relationships that are so important to Howden’s continued success in Life & Health protection markets.

Sam Hudson, Strategy & Operations Director, will drive business transformation, deliver strategic initiatives and support the ongoing development of both product verticals while continuing in his role as Director of RedArc.

Ian Sawyer takes on the role of Partnerships Director, supporting Richard Holden, and continuing his roles with the Association of Medical Insurers and Intermediaries (AMII) as an Executive Committee member, and Director on the Protection Distributors Group (PDG) Board.
