Suzi Rackley
Having spent over 30 years working in the private client insurance sector, and with a Diploma from the Chartered Insurance Institute, Suzi oversees some of our most complex private client portfolios and leads our affinity partnerships with four of the country’s largest accountancy firms. Suzi joined Howden in 2008, and previously worked for two of the most well-known brokers, as well as spending five years as an Underwriter for Chubb (a prominent private client insurer).
Suzi delights in constructing comprehensive long-term sustainable insurance programmes for her clients that are sensibly priced and placed with trusted insurers. Dealing with multi-faceted global risks, and with extensive experience of family offices, Suzi understands the complexity of risks of this nature and the need for privacy and discretion.
She has spent many years assisting clients insure their homes, car collections, art, jewellery, and renovation projects, with particular expertise in rural and country estate risks. Suzi is always on the end of the phone and will regularly visit her clients “to see first-hand what they need to insure, as meeting them in person is vital to building a trusted relationship and ensuring I provide the right advice and solution”.
