Matthew — known as Matt — is a highly experienced member of the Private Client division, specialising in Motor claims and leading the Motor Claims team. Throughout his long career with the business, Matt has been dedicated to guiding clients through what can often be complex and stressful situations.
With a strong background in claims handling across the Private Client space, Matt believes that having an in house claims team is essential. It enables clients to receive timely support, clear communication and expert advocacy at the moments they need it most.
Matt acts as a consistent and reassuring presence throughout the claims journey. His hands-on approach helps build trust and rapport, while his close involvement gives him valuable insight into how insurance products perform in the real world - insight he uses to help shape and strengthen the advice we give to clients.
As Motor Claims Manager, Matt oversees a wide range of high value and complex motor incidents, ensuring our clients receive fair outcomes and a seamless, well-managed experience from start to finish.
