Mark Richards
Mark runs the Howden Private Client division in Scotland. He has worked in Private Client insurance for more than 15 years, initially working for Bruce Stevenson before the firm became part of Howden.
He specialises in High Net Worth insurance, covering homes, other properties and assets such as art collections often as part of a portfolio. He works hand in hand with rural colleagues to service landed Estates.
Mark has worked extensively with other professional advisors to deliver solutions for Private Clients for over 30 years. Before becoming an insurance broker Mark was a Fine Art auctioneer and valuer, having set up the Bonhams office in Scotland and ending up as Managing Director of Bonhams Scotland. Expertise and knowledge gained from his work there enables Mark to provide his clients at Howden valuable advice on how best to insure their collections.
