Callie Calder
Caroline Calder, better known as Callie, is a born and raised New Yorker and joined the Howden Private Client in 2025. After graduating from Mount Holyoke College with a degree in Economics, she began her career at HUB International, Howden’s U.S. partner. During her time at HUB, Callie focused on new business development, working with senior leadership to tailor risk management solutions for clients across North America.
Over the course of eight years, she has honed her skill set defined by meticulous attention to details combined a holistic and emotionally intelligent approach to risk management. Callie brings to Howden knowledge on the complex U.S. insurance market and is eager to act as a specialist for private clients on both sides of the Atlantic.
